The owner/licensee or designee of a gambling establishment who wishes to operate additional tables must submit a request along with the appropriate table fees and a non-refundable $500 application fee to the Commission.
The number of tables requested cannot exceed the number of tables authorized under local and state law; and the gambling establishment will not be licensed to legally operate more than the number of tables permitted by the local jurisdiction.
